Philips: 100 Years of Sound

Philips: 100 Years of Sound is a long-form documentary project exploring a century of innovation in audio technology and design. The series was graded and finished by Jeroen Roodnat at Jeroen Inc., providing cinematic color grading, SDR and HDR mastering, and final finishing for broadcast delivery. Working in a calibrated DaVinci Resolve environment, the grading focused on preserving archival material, matching contemporary interviews, and maintaining visual continuity across historical and modern footage. The project reflects a film-first approach to color grading, combining technical precision with narrative sensitivity.
